Mr. Cobb attended LeTourneau University in Texas where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Cobb is a registered professional engineer in the state of North Carolina. He leads the commissioning services at Elm with his 35 years of experience. He has provided engineering and commissioning for HVAC, automation, thermal storage, and design/ build contracting. Mr. Cobb is a leader in the field of providing LEED consulting services and commissioning services for a variety of projects. He has provided educational training at multiple college and universities, as well as for private business training.
