Mechanical Design
Mr. Flora has been with Elm for over three years. He began his career as a mechanical intern while in college. Upon his graduation from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, he became a full time mechanical designer. He has had a wealth of experience, working with projects such as colleges, K-12 schools, office buildings, restaurants, and retail. Mr. Flora is responsible for design, understanding and application of local codes, project management, and meeting with project teams.
