Elm Engineering, Inc was founded over three years ago. It was the first company in the Charlotte area to focus solely on sustainable engineering and commissioning. We are committed to the AIA 2030 Challenge to be carbon neutral by the year 2030. Every project we do contains elements of sustainability.

Elm’s project list includes over 25 LEED projects either completed or underway. All of our building designs are at least 10 to 15 percent below the required minimums for energy consumption.
